How Does it Work?
How do I add a figure?
Go to the Collection page and click on “Add a figure.” Fill out the required information before adding the figure.
Can I organize my collection?
Go to the Collection page and click on the “manage” button. From there, you’ll be able to make groups for your collection. You may currently have the figure in only one group.
Make sure to click “add group” in order to save that group.
How do I make a figure available for an exchange?
View your figure on the Collection Page. Click on “Add to Exchange.” This will make the figure available for view to other members.
I accepted an exchange, what next?
Once an exchange has been accepted, it is the members’ responsibility to schedule the exchange/payment. Shipping is unavailable through Hobby Station.jp.
How do I rate a member after an exchange?
Under “My Collection,” toggle to the “Purchase History” option. You’ll see the “Rate my Partner” option.
Can I edit my rating?
Yes, go back to the purchase history and you’ll find the edit option.
